Corporate Social Responsibility

DDH focuses on corporate social responsibility, CSR, in its "A Joint Responsibility" project. The company has set up a working group made up of representatives of DDH and the subsidiaries Dalgasgroup A/S, HedeDanmark a/s, Orbicon A/S and Enricom A/S.

The working group has been working on formulating DDH’s definition of CSR in the form of the concept “A Joint Responsibility” and on creating an overview of existing relevant policies and activities within the group. In addition, a timetable for 2011-2013 has been drawn up, which can be found in DDH’s Annual Report 2010.

DDH’s definition of CSR is that we base our actions on common sense with full consideration of the environment, society, business partners (customers and suppliers) and employees. For DDH, common sense means high ethical values, a high degree of professionalism and profitability.

The actual focus in the work concerning CSR is currently primarily aimed at DDH and its subsidiaries in their role as employers, as well as at the environment, which is
an important business area for the company.
